DJ Khaled cried over some shout out words coming from rap legend Jay-Z. Jay mentioned Khaled in the “D.O.A.” record. The signature statement “We The Best” was said by Jigga after mentioning Khaled’s name. It’s always good to get a shout out but I don’t know about crying.
