Interscope Kicks Back G-Unit and The Game Albums

Maybe the big boys at Interscope got tired of listening to all the B.S. from 50 Cent and The Game. Last time they got into it they had to call a huge press conference donate some money and shake hands to keep the East Coast and West coast in check. Nobody wants another Biggie and 2Pac situation jumping off.
As we previously reported, 50 Cent’s G-Unit group album, Terminate On Sight, is set to be released on the same day as The Game’s new album, L.A.X. On Monday 50 said of Game’s album, that he planned to “push it back” to which a rep for The Game said that he had no plans to move his album release date and if he did, it would be G-Unit’s lucky day.
Well it turns out that both 50 Cent & The Game were wrong. Interscope Records, both rappers record company, changed the release dates for both of the albums. G-Unit’s Terminate on Sight will land in stores on July 1, while The Game’s L.A.X. will follow the next week, hitting the shelves July 8.
