TI released the hit song speaking about Gucci rags and about 75% of the urban community went crazy over hip hop cloths around their necks. The same exact thing happened when the Franchise Boyz released “White Tee”. Hip-Hop clothing has always been selected by what kind of threads popular song artist wear. I’m just hoping no one comes out wearing high waters. I just can’t do that.

When will expensive hip hop jewelry be played out? First sterling silver, then gold and now platinum. It use to be that hip-hop fans were able to keep up but with platinum chains and bracelets costing upwards of $500,000 it’s impossible. Even if the fans could keep up I’m under the notion that the rappers would then go to million dollars diamond chains. They have to keep providing the image of power and success at all cost.

Most rappers are nothing but hip hop freestyle and poetry artist with a hot beat playing in the background. Now in my opinion none of them could hold a candle to the best that ever did it which was Tupac Shakur. They are gifted writers though and rapping is the same as spitting poetry.

Freestyle is a little diffrent because you have to come right off the dome. A composition notepad is not needed to run like this. If you are not naturally gifted you better stay completely away from freestyle raps.

The uncut hip hop music videos are out of the door and the big boy media mogul stations are not with it anymore. Back in the day when artist like Nelly were recording Tip Drills it was because it was lucrative to do so.

Now people are not interested in those type of videos and more importantly the media outlets are not playing them anymore. Hell MTV has even stopped playing videos period on the mother-ship station and are getting into Reality shows.

As The Game album release date draws closer, he continues to drop notable quotes to keep the hype up for his latest LP entitled, LAX. Here is another quote from The Game stating if Jay-Z and him was to get into a verbal beef that he would be his biggest competitor to date:

The Game: I would be the toughest competition he had…well, Nas was his toughest, he didn’t win the war against Nas. Nas dropped “Ether” and that was it. Everyone knows Nas won that beef. But I’ve never lost a beef. Jay-Z, he has chinks in his armor still from that Nas beef. Other than that, we can do it. I’ve 100 percent won all my beefs. Me, LL, Nas and probably only a couple of other cats can claim that. I killed the biggest group in hip-hop single-handedly. Four cats against me and I totally fucking annihilated them, so Jay-Z would be a piece of cake. A piece of strawberry shortcake, my favorite.

I like The Game in all but he seriously is becoming quite ignoring. Very G-Unit-ish!

President Bush and hip hop have a couple of things in common that will make you agree with me in a minute. Want to know what they are. Good, because that will make you think today but to lessen the stress on your brain the obvious one is. Hip-Hop and Bush both are getting old and boring. Yup, I said it. Old age and boring music are what make me want to listen to soft Rock all day. I’m not lying either between hearing George Bush speak or a rapper like Soulja Boy rap I could just jump off a damn building. What I mean by that is neither one of them are good at it. I’m not just picking on them either I’m so for real. I can’t wait until he is out of office and the rap game gets rid of this snap music B.S. Let’s get back to some real damn hip hop.

Here is a good question, does hip hop influence society or is it just an urban legend. After thinking about that particular question for less than two minutes the answer is simply yes. Look at your Television and see if you can go without seeing a commercial with rap music or hip hop pickups in it. Just pay attention to the urban kids at the nearest highschool. Peep the high dollar marketing of large companies when you are out driving and listening to the radio. Let’s not even talk about the Internet because that’s child’s play. Millions are affected by the sounds and swagger of rap artist and the hip hop communities that surround the participators.

If you are good with Photoshop get some great hip hop fonts from this website and see how ill your skills can become. I’m sure you are familiar with mixtapes. The covers of these CD recordings are usually done with Photoshop or software much better. However, there is no way on earth to do the covers so hot without hip-hop fonts without taking hours upon hours on your computer. Apple Mac iMac’s or MacBook Pro are the number one choice for designers and 9 out of ten times thwy have the special fonting to rock out.

It’s not hard to find a good hip hop desktop wallpaper especially if you search in Google for Myspace backgrounds and computer backgrounds. Seriously there has to be at least 500,000 websites that cater to this type of search and most of them have great images of your favorite rapper. Best of all they are all free unless you run across a couple thatt have the nerve to charge and they are nuts. I have about five that I rotate thoughout a year and yes Tupac (2Pac) is among them.
